Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Marketing Campaigns

Job Overview:

Growth Vaders is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our marketing team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns set up by the lifecycle marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and test all marketing campaigns set up by the lifecycle marketing team across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Ensure that campaign content, messaging, and creative assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Verify that campaign targeting and segmentation are implemented correctly and in accordance with campaign objectives.
  • Test campaign functionality and user experience across different devices, platforms, and browsers to identify and report any bugs or issues.
  • Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing team to troubleshoot and resolve any QA-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in campaign testing.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving campaign performance, user experience, and QA processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
  • years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a marketing or digital advertising environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with QA testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document issues accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming and mobile entertainment is a plus.
