Job Overview:
Growth Vaders is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to develop and lead end-to-end lifecycle initiatives across our gaming portfolio, including Mistplay. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytics and is confident owning large-scale campaigns across the full user journey—from onboarding to re-engagement. You’ll be responsible for driving retention, spend and revenue, and player LTV through strategy, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Design full-funnel lifecycle strategies across email, push, and in-app channels, and secure alignment and approval from internal stakeholders before execution.
- Support campaign planning, goal setting, and KPI definitions for lifecycle initiatives.
- Support the team in A/B testing setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, UA, Data) to align on goals and messaging.
- Help support the ideation, setup, QA, and launch of personalized campaigns based on behavioral triggers; if needed, assist with QA to support team bandwidth.
- Build and analyze A/B tests to improve retention, conversion, and engagement.
- Monitor performance and provide insights and optimization recommendations regularly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Experience with tools like Braze, Iterable, or Leanplum.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable leading projects from strategy through execution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Passion for mobile apps or gaming is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in campaign logic, segmentation, and troubleshooting to help support junior team members and unblock execution challenges.
