Job Overview:

Growth Vaders is seeking a passionate and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifecycle marketing, with experience in developing and executing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization throughout the customer journey. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Growth Vaders, you will play a key role in designing and implementing personalized and targeted campaigns to maximize player lifetime value.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization across Growth Vader’s portfolio of clients.
  • Design and implement personalized and targeted campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Segment and target user cohorts based on behavioral and demographic data to deliver relevant and timely messages.
  • Optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns for key performance metrics, including retention rate, churn rate, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and user acquisition, to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies in lifecycle marketing.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in the gaming or mobile app industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and retention.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Leanplum, Iterable) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming and mobile entertainment is a plus.
