Job Overview:
Growth Vaders is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of lifecycle campaigns across Mistplay and other client projects. This is a great entry point for someone interested in growing their career in data-driven marketing. You’ll work closely with the Lifecycle Strategist and Team Lead to build, test, and launch campaigns that keep players engaged and drive long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in building and QA’ing campaigns in platforms like Braze or Iterable.
- Set up segments and audiences based on defined rules.
- Support the team in A/B testing setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Help pull performance reports and highlight trends or issues.
- Coordinate campaign tasks across the lifecycle team, creative and legal ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay organized with campaign documentation, playbooks, and asset trackers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or engineering, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or engineering.
- 0–1 year of professional experience (internships or academic projects welcome).
- Interest in CRM/lifecycle marketing and understanding of basic marketing principles.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, logic-based tools, or databases.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with eagerness to learn.
- Passion for games or apps is a strong plus.
